Delhi College asks deans of schools to submit FYUP syllabus by June 10

In response to a college official, the College of Delhi (DU) has requested the deans of schools of varied departments to submit the syllabus for the primary and second semesters of the four-year undergraduate program (FYUP) by June 10. The College has accredited the implementation of Nationwide Training Coverage (NEP) and FYUP from the educational session 2022-23.

In February, the College’s Govt Council (EC) handed the draft Undergraduate Curriculum Framework (UGCF) ready in accordance with the NEP for the 2022-23 tutorial session.

The official mentioned that DU plans to finalize the syllabus for the primary two semesters of FYUP by July. He mentioned that varied departments have already ready their syllabus and lots of are within the remaining levels.

“We’ve got given a deadline of June 10 to the deans of schools of varied departments to organize the syllabus for FYUP,” the official mentioned. Dean of the universities, Balram Pani, whereas explaining the method of approval of the course mentioned that the syllabus is ready by the course committees.

“A curriculum committee consists of 5 professors – two from the division and three from the school. They submit the course to the pinnacle of the division, who submits it to the dean of the school,” he mentioned.
