Court summoned Gautam Gambhir, accused of building a library on government land
New DelhiBharatiya Janata Celebration MP Gautam Gambhir has been summoned by a Delhi courtroom for allegedly illegally constructing a library on authorities land. The petition claimed that he, in collaboration with the Municipal Company of Delhi, constructed the library on the land which was a dump yard. The previous cricketer is to look in courtroom on December 13.

The petition alleges unlawful building on authorities land in East Delhi’s Karkardooma. The petition claimed that Gautam Gambhir, in connivance with increased officers of the Municipal Company of Delhi, took over the ‘Dhalao land’ which was meant for a dump yard.

The BJP MP allegedly arrange the library with out the authorization’s approval. The plaintiffs demanded that Gambhir’s occupation of this land needs to be handled as a legal offence.

In an order, Further Senior Civil Choose Himanshu Raman Singh stated, “Situation summons and utility notices to the respondents (Gambhir and MCD) for thirteenth December 2022 for settlement of the problems.”
