CENTRAL CITY – Omar Wilson Dennis, Jr., 75, of Central Metropolis, died Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 7:35 p.m. at Baptist Well being Deaconess in Madisonville. Mr Dennis was born on April 5, 1947 in Muhlenberg County. He was a retired meeting operator for Whirlpool, and in addition a truck driver for the State Freeway Division. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Household was a very powerful factor to Mr. Denise. He used to brag on his youngsters, whoever listened. Christmas was his favourite vacation as he seemed ahead to his spouse’s cooking, comfortable youngsters and time with household. He cherished his aquarium and his canine, Bunny. He cherished telling tales of the nice previous days of cruising, drag racing, and reminiscences together with his aunts, uncles, and cousins. His dad and mom earlier than his dying had been Omar Wilson Dennis, Sr., and Mary Katherine Maddox Dennis; and grandson, Jaden Scott Dennis.
He’s survived by his pretty, loving spouse of fifty years, Helen Marie Latham Dennis; daughters, Lori (Robbie) Stower and Tracy (Chris) Clark; son, Anthony Scott Dennis; brother, Gil (Barb) Dennis; grandchildren, Alex Dennis, Evelyn Lehmann, Josh (Jessica) Stover, Chelsea (Bobby) Emmons, Cassie Hawkins and Alexis Stover; great-grandchildren, Hunter Emmons, Rylan Clemons, and Amelia Clemons; And plenty of nieces and nephews.
Funeral companies will happen on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM with Brother at Tucker Funeral Dwelling in Central Metropolis. Assisted by Leroy Rearden’s caretaker, Brother. Hey daughter.
